About our staff:
Our professional staff is trained in the latest changes in the landlord-tenant law. As real estate licensees, our property managers are regulated by the California Department of Real Estate and regularly attend training seminars to maintain their licenses.
Roger Gardner, President of Hacienda Oaks Property Management, has owned and co-managed the business since 1992.
Marie Gardner, Vice President and broker, is an experienced property manager with 25 years in the real estate industry. DRE#00871907
They wanted to bring a new level of quality service to their management clients. It has been their long time goal to manage their client’s properties with the same attention to detail that they give to their own properties.

Maria Aguilar, fluent in Spanish, she is highly skilled administrative assistant.
Imelda Miranda, fluent in Spanish, with over 15 years experience in the property management field. As our Office Manager, Imelda, oversees the day to day operations of our office and administrative staff.
Cindy Olivera, assistant property manager, a real estate licensee, with extensive accounting background has recently joined our staff. Long time resident of Santa Maria with over 10 years in the property management field. DRE#1255211.
Martha Ruiz, fluent in Spanish, is a licensed real estate agent. We six years experience is property management. As a property manager she over sees an extensive portfolio of the rental properties. DRE#01477695
Suzanne Canas, fluent in Spanish, is a licensed real estate agent. She is our leasing agent, showing rentals to prospective tenants. She has worked in the real estate industry in Santa Maria since 1990. DRE#01329522.
