For the last 30+ years Hacienda Oaks Property Management has offered property management services to residential property owners and their tenants. Located in Santa Maria we serve North Santa Barbara County and South San Luis Obispo County.

Our clients are located locally and all over the world. Each has a different reason for utilizing a property manager. 

Our professional staff is trained in the latest changes in landlord-tenant law. As real estate licensees, our property managers are regulated by the California Department of Real Estate and regularly attend training seminars to maintain their licenses.

Our staff is bilingual to provide Spanish speaking residents with worry free communication.

Areas We Serve:

• North Santa Barbara County, including Los Alamos, Lompoc, Santa Maria, Guadalupe and Sisquoc

• South San Luis Obispo County, including Nipomo and Five Cities

Cris Barajas, Bilingual Property Inspector, conducts all annual and semi annual inspections for all our properties. He comes to us with experience as an in-house handyman. 

Traci Castellanos,  Bookkeeper, is a Santa Maria native with over 15 years of property management bookkeeping experience. 

Iris Cruz-Francisco, Bilingual Receptionist, has been with us since 2025. She handles all front desk duties and helps to keep the office on track.

Audrey Jenkins,  Bilingual Property Manager, who joined our team in 2022 and comes to us with 20 years in the real estate industry.

Blanca Medina, Bilingual Office Administrator, joined our team in 2025. She processes applications and helps keep the office running.

Lucia Morales, Bilingual Property Assistant, who started welcoming our customers at the front desk in 2019. She is now assisting our Property Managers in their daily tasks. 

Miguel Pratts,  Bilingual Property Manager, is a licensed real estate agent from the Lompoc and Santa Barbara areas. He has been with Hacienda Oaks since 2010 and has over 15 years experience in property management.
