OUR COMPANY
For the last 20+ years Hacienda Oaks Property Management has offered property management services to residential property owners and their tenants. Located in Santa Maria we serve North Santa Barbara County and South San Luis Obispo County. Our clients are located locally and all over the world. Each has a different reason for utilizing a property manager. We customize our services to your specific needs.
Our professional staff is trained in the latest changes in landlord-tenant law. As real estate licensees, our property managers are regulated by the California Department of Real Estate and regularly attend training seminars to maintain their licenses.
Our bilingual staff members provide Spanish speaking residents with worry free communication.

OUR STAFF
About our staff:
Our professional staff is trained in the latest changes in the landlord-tenant law. As real estate licensees, our property managers and accounting staff are regulated by the California Department of Real Estate and regularly attend training seminars to maintain their licenses.
Our President:
Marie Gardner is the President and broker of Hacienda Oaks Property Management (a dba of Romain Properties, Inc.). Property management has been her specialty for over 25 years. She especially likes this part of the real estate industry because the client and resident relationships can last for many years.
Our property management staff includes:
Kristen Coffey, operations manager, is a licensed real estate agent who grew up in Santa Maria. She is a property manager and helps run the office.
Miguel Pratts,
property manager, is a licensed real estate agent from the Lompoc and Santa Barbara areas. He speaks Spanish and has over 10 years' experience in property management.
Traci Castellanos, bookkeeper, is also a Santa Maria native with over 15 years of property management bookkeeping experience.
