We are pleased to serve as your property management company and hope we can address any concerns you may have. Our goal is to work as the liaison between residents and owners, resolving issues in a diplomatic and timely manner.
As a Resident in a property managed by Hacienda Oaks Property Management you will enjoy:

- Web-based property management software to check account balance and submit repair requests.
- Ability to pay rent online with no additional fee.
- Periodic inspections of your residence to assure that it is properly maintained.

- Every adult must submit an application. Please fill out the application completely. When completed please submit to Hacienda Oaks Property Management with your Photo Identification, Social Security Card, your last two pay stubs and any other documentation of income which you wish to be included in your gross income. If you are self employed, submit copies of the last two years of tax returns. There is a $25.00 application fee, per adult, which shall be refunded only if Hacienda Oaks Property Management does not process your application. Applications will be processed only after all items are submitted.
